Now in its second year, the partnership includes the use of SurePeople’s award-winning platform, including solutions such as the Coaches Toolkit, which empowers managers, coaches and staff with science-driven communication coaching and development tools to maximize athlete and team performance, and SurePeople’s next-gen Talent Acquisition Analysis and Recruitment solution across the Rangers’ entire farm system, consisting of six Minor League teams.
